Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reward system on work motivation of the state civil apparatus and work performance, the effect of religiosity moderation on the influence of motivation on the work performance of the state civil apparatus and the effect of religiosity moderation on the effect of the reward system on the work performance of the civil apparatus country. The research method used quantitative research using WarpPLS 0.6 analysis. The results of research and discussion show that the reward system has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. More rewards given will have an impact on employee motivation. In addition, the effect of the reward system on work performance also has a positive and significant effect. In the aspect of Religiosity as moderation, motivation and work performance effect is insignificant and positively moderates both, even the tendency to weaken. The emphasis is that work does not only depend on competence, skill, and capacity, but must be supported by the belief that there is a God who is always at work, because serving the community is part of worship that rewards God will repay with multiplied kindness.

Abstract

Purpose: The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effort of financial institutions that support female entrepreneurship in a developing economy as well as the marketing strategies that those financial institutions utilize to increase the awareness of the female entrepreneurs concerning their preferential lending conditions and terms. Design/methodology/approach: For our research purpose the secondary data are used such as research papers, books and reports. The comparative method is used to compare the financial institutions lending conditions as well as the marketing and promotional strategies of those institutions. Findings: Access to finance presents one of the main barriers for female entrepreneurs in developing countries. Our results indicate that not so many financial institutions are constantly offering preferential lending conditions and terms for female-owned enterprises. Practical implications: We propose that financial institutions need to increase the number of loans and credit packages that support women's entrepreneurship and to create and promote much more marketing plans and strategies for women financial support packages from banks, to raise awareness of women entrepreneurs regarding the preferential lending conditions and special offers. Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to analyze Acceptance, Effectiveness and Relationship of Blended Learning Implementation Among Lecturers in Polytechnic Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin. Design/methodology/approach: The method used is statistic-descriptive and the design used is cross sectional. Findings: 2 hypotheses are rejected while the other is accepted. Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to Employer Satisfaction with Polytechnic Graduate: Comparison Between Industry Cluster. Design/methodology/approach: The method used is statistic-descriptive and the design used is cross sectional. Findings: 2 hypotheses are while the other is accepted. Research limitations/implications: This study used two-step analysis: Kruskal-Wallis test was used to identify differences for three industry cluster; mechanical, electrical and civil engineering. Post Hoc test performs to identify the detail differences between each cluster. Practical implications: Results show that from the 2 hypotheses proposed. Originality/value: This paper is original. Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to Analysis of Operational Delay and Additional Investment Costs, As an Investment Consideration: Case in Malang Pandaan Toll Road. Design/methodology/approach: The method used is statistic-descriptive and the design used is cross sectional. Findings: 2 hypotheses are while the other is accepted. Research limitations/implications: Variables considered in this study are electronic word of mouth, brand image, brand trust, and interest in saving. The scope of work of the Pandaan Malang Toll Road project has a length of 38 + 488 km, passing through two regions in Figure 1. Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to analyze A Community Empowerment Model through Pesantren-based Family Empowerment Post (Posdaya). Design/methodology/approach: The method used is composes a reality to be a story, describing a problem, event, phenomenon orderly, followed by analysis and interpretation to analyze the data in a perfect sequence. Findings: 3 hypotheses are rejected while the other 3 is accepted. Research limitations/implications: These components were: 1) Data collection; this was done through interviews. Besides, the data were also collected through a literature study. 2) Data Reduction, after the data were gathered, the researcher focused on removing unnecessary data and arrange the data to gain a conclusion. 3) Data display, this was done through sentences and structured story. 4) Conclusion drawing, this was done to gain full meaning from the processed data, creating a clear, complete synopsis. Practical implications: Results show that from the 3 hypotheses proposed accepted, 1) Pesantren-based Posdaya needs to improve its resources through training or organizational education in order to improve the quality of empowerment program and the continuity of Posdaya activities. 2) Pesantren-based Posdaya needs to strengthen its social capital by establishing stronger social relationships with stakeholders, thus opening accessibility for community empowerment, or family empowerment in particular. 3) Pesantren-based Posdaya should strengthen its organizational structure and workgroup as the program implementer, and continuously monitor the program. Originality/value: This paper is original.

Research limitations/implications: Variables considered in this transparency of financial statements, management of alms funds and social funds, the reputation of the foundation, trust. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the correlation between personality, shop enjoyment, impulsive buying tendency and impulsive buying behaviour statistically. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative study. Findings: From all the hypotheses proposed, only 3 out of 7 that are significant and supported Research limitations/implications: The respondents of the study are 100 consumers of Transmart Ngagel, Surabaya. Practical implications: 3 out of 7 hypotheses are supported and significant. Paper type: This is categorised as case study.
